Brightside Acres, formerly known as Broadacres Farm, has a rich history hearkening back to 1810. Located in Howell, Michigan it has been a sheep farm, a hog farm and most recently a farm camp for kids. Nathan, Eliess, and their 3 young sons (#theForney5) have decided to continue the tradition of producing beauty at Brightside Acres.
Brightside Blooms was born from a desire to share the farm with the community and offer locally grown cut flowers, herbs and tea. Eliess and Liz (#therealfarmer), friends since their freshman year at Alma College, manage the bulk of the planning and planting. The growing is left to mother nature with an assist from Johnny's Seeds and Livingston Feed and Seed.
